ASTEP Education

 Waterbury Hospital has been approved as an AASM accredited ASTEP provider. For Jeff's map of the certificate and degree programs through the COARC, CAAHEP and AASM,click here.

 

SLEEP Education

J&L Medical has again continued their support of the Sleep Profession in Connecticut. Application forms will be available shortly for the 2011-2012 Sleep Scholarship. This is open to all CT Sleep Techs and CT Sleep Students.

 


CT Department of Public Health

 The CTSS met with the CT DPH in September 2010 regarding the "oxygen" legislation via teleconference. (read more here) 

 


Polysomnography Legislation

Oct-2011 Update:

10 Scope of Practice Change Requests have been received by the CT DPH. Not all 10 will be heard for the 2012 Legislative Session. More information to follow.
