I went to the AASM's ASTEP website, Respiratory's COARC website and Healthcare College's CAAHEP website. What I came up with is this map of the closest educational providers throughout the U.S.

Granted the information on this map can change at a moment's notice, and I didnt take the time to lookup each facility's street address.
